Refund policy
Short version: Free costs nothing, monthly Pro can be cancelled any time, and yearly Pro can be refunded in full within the first 14 days.
Free
Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund.
Pro, monthly
Cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the month you paid for. We do not refund partial months.
Pro, yearly
Ask within 14 days of your first yearly payment and we refund it in full, no questions. After that, cancel whenever you like and the plan simply does not renew.
Purchases through the App Store or Google Play
Because Pro is billed by Apple or Google, refunds are processed by them under their policies: request one from your App Store purchase history or your Google Play order history. If a store declines a request that falls inside this policy, contact us and we will put it right.
Clinic plans
Clinic plans are billed monthly by invoice. Cancel with thirty days' notice; months already invoiced are not refunded.
How to ask
Email us or message us on WhatsApp through the button on this site. Tell us the email on the account and the date of the charge. We reply within five business days.
